Studio visits by Chih-Tung Lin is a risograph publication exploring the topics of the curator’s role, the studio visit culture, conventions, power structure, and many other curator-artist related subjects. Designed by Valentina Černiauskaitė and printed by Risofort, the book of 116 pages includes a compilation of the comic strips documenting a beginning curator’s constant questioning on their role and their relationship with whom they work with.
Two-coloured book follows the completion of Chih-Tung’s master thesis project at Uniarts Helsinki titled Studio Visits by Chih-Tung Lin where 19 distinctive studio visits with Finnish-based art workers were realised.
